Welcome to MEPhotographs. I'd rather talk about you but since you are here maybe I can share a few things to get the convo started.

I have spent the last 15 years as a photographer based in Tampa Bay. The majority of my work consists of Portraiture and Weddings. I have enjoyed being published and awarded but love to serve through my craft.

Along with the creative and artistic side of photography my engineering background helps me approach the art form with a foundation of function and purpose.

What does a photograph mean to me?

Still imagery has the ability to tell a story, to compel and to re-engage our memory.

For myself the meaning is indicative of a photograph itself. Frozen. "A moment we decide stays. This moment, we keep." It's as simple as that.

FUN FACTS

THE ROCK

I MET THE ROCK AT A WEDDING I WAS PHOTOGRAPHING. WE ARGUED OVER WHO GOT "THE SHOT" DURING THE CAKE CUT AND THE COUPLES FIRST DANCE. IT'S CALL IT A DRAW EVEN THOUGH HE DID GIVE ME THE ICONIC EYEBROW RAISE.
AT THE END OF THE NIGHT I SAID:

ME: "MY BEST FRIEND FROM HIGH SCHOOL LOOKED LIKE YOU BUT SMALLER. SO WE CALLED HIM PEBBLE."

THE ROCK: "SHOW ME A PICTURE....DAMN, WE COULD BE BROTHERS! BUT HE'S BETTER LOOKING THAN ME."

ME: I LAUGHED, SAID "SHUT UP", PUNCHED HIM IN THE ARM AND WALKED AWAY.
