Wedding FAQ
How do you photograph weddings?
The first and foremost priority of your wedding day is to preserve the reason why we are all there, YOU and your families. My priority is to candidly document your story and to stay unobtrusive. There will be some formal portraits and a little posing when necessary. But, ultimately we are here to tell your story and the best way to do that is to step back and allow those moment's to happen.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Tampa, FL and have photographed local and destination weddings for 15 years. I love to travel for weddings and it keeps me creative! Airbnb is my friend when it comes to traveling these days!
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 4 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season). You can download all the photos from your gallery, share, choose favorites and order prints!
Is there a limit to how many photos you take?
No. I try to be ready to photograph any moment that happens. The average 8 hour wedding will deliver 700-900 edited images. I am very strict on delivering a concise and content rich gallery of photos.
Can you recommend other wedding vendors?
Absolutely! Because of my 15 year experience in the industry I have an inner knowledge I can share when recommending other wedding vendors such as, Hair&Makeup, Florist, Planner, Band, DJ, Videographer, Caterer, Officient and Venues etc...
Can you help plan my wedding day timeline?
Typically your planner and myself will coordinate on this together. If you are handling the wedding planning yourself then I will help walk you through and create this for us.
Is a first look right for me?
Tradition has it's place and you should do what you feel is right for you. It might be a logisitcal advantage to have a first look given conditions such as available light in your timeline of when to take portraits. But my favorite reason to have a first look is to give you a moment alone together without anyone else to distract you from the real reason you both are here on this day.
Do you have additional photographers?
I photograph every wedding myself and for those weddings that need a second photographer I will bring one.
What happens on the day of your wedding?
Fortunately I have never had it happen where I was unable to photograph on the day of a wedding. But in the event I would personally find a replacement photographer to take my place so you are taken care of.
